Lynch, Jr. Property is located on the West side of Rose Road about 300 ft. South of Arlie Avenue. The owner, William Lynch, Jr., was present and stated he wished to increase size of his property to build a home. The zoning requested complies with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and standards of development in the abutting area. The Planning and Zoning Board and the Planning Director concur in the recommendation for approval. There were no objections. Commissioner Carwise moved that the request for annexa- tion by William Lynch, Jr., with RS-50 (sing1e family) zoning and Pire District 82 classification be approved and the City Attorney be instructed to include this in an ordinance to be brought back to the Commission for approval as soon as , possible. Acting City Engineer Cecil Henderson recommended the Citymtain a right-of-way easement for the construction of sidewalks and utilities. City departments involved and the utility companies have indicated no objection or need for the right-of-way parcel. The City Manager summarized the bidding on the above items and recommended awards as indicated.
