A RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP
29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a drainage and utility easement for use by the general public

WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as a drainage and utility
easement, although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easement by formal resolution;
and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may appear:

An easement lying in Section 10, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Begin at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Fairmont
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 85 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, for a P. O. B. ;
thence from said P. O. B. run along the North line of said
Lot 1, 94.59 feet an an assumed East bearing; thence run
S 0'551401" E, 37.92 feet; thence run East 28.65 feet;
thence run N 0.55t40" W, 14.4 feet; thence run West 8.65
feet; thence run N 0.55140" W, 53.52 feet to a point on the
centerline of vacated Marshall Street; thence run West,
along said centerline 114, 10 feet to the East right-of-way
line of Harbor Drive; thence run South and along said East
right-of-way line, 30. 0 feet to the P. O. B.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
