GEM TOWER CORPORATION AND CITY OF CLEARWATER, CIRCUIT CIVIL NO. 79-1657-16. WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is one of the defendants in the case of Mildred M. Mueller, at vir, v. Gem Tower Corporation, at al; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to take any and all steps necessary to defend the City of Clearwater in the case of Mildred M. Mueller and John Mueller, her spouse, v. Gem Tower Corporation and City of Clearwater, Circuit Civil No. 79-1657-16. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A.
