A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE AREA WHERE HOLDERS
L OF STREET ARTIST AND CRAFTSMAN LICENSES MAY
SELL OR OFFER TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS,
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is both a tourist and recreational

WHEREAS, the development of a street artist and craftsmen program
promoting art and craft work will benefit the City and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish the area where spaces may

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
F FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
designates the following area as the place where spaces may be established

On Cleveland Street between Osceola Avenue and the
Railroad tracks and right-of-way between Woolworth
and McCrory buildings.
' 2. That the City Manager shall establish spaces within this area,
i not to exceed thirty-six (36) in number which can be used by not more than

r 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
