A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT IN BLOCK G, SALLS LAKE PARK THIRD
ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the City of Clearwater, through
its Acting City Engineer, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
certain sanitary sewer easement in Block G, Salls Lake Park Third Addition,
in the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said casement is not necessary nor required and
it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

1. That the following:
The 15 foot sanitary sewer easement located in the SE 1/4
of Section 5, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, the centerline
of said easement described as follows:
From the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, run N 0° 12154" E, along
the 40 acre line, 552.41 feet; thence S 81°47'39" W, Z42.43
feet; thence N 74°08151" W, 565. ZO feet; thence N 84000151" W,
64.20 feet; thence S 13°53'16" W, 86.23 feet; thence N 77°021
1411 W, 478. Z3 feet to the section line between Sections 4 and 5,
Township Z9 South, Range 16 East; thence N 77°OZ'1411 W, 54,22
feet, for a P. O. B. ; thence S 70° 19101" W, 84. 29 feet; thence
N 89028t5l" W, 389.70 feet to end of easement.
Being a part of easement recorded in O. R. 3041, page 661, lying
entirely in Lots 15 through Z1, inslucive, and partially in Lot 22,
all in Block G, Salls Lake Park Third Addition, according to the
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71, page Z1 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
