A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING A
CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND FOR ROAD AND STREET
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, is the owner In

'\ deed from John Sadlon and Anna S. Sadlon dated December 17, 1954

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA,
IN SESSION REGULARLY AND DULY ASSEMBLED, AS

1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
accepts the fee simple deed of John Sadlon and Anna S. Sadlon for the
following described property and dedicate that property for public use
for road and street purposes, as a public thoroughfare:
