7334-04 ORDINANCE NO. 7334-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE DREW STREET AND BAYVIEW AVENUE INTERSECTION, APPROXIMATELY 1,200 FEET WEST OF MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 37.09 ACRES, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2995 DREW STREET, FROM LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property See legal description attached hereto.
