IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute that certain Lease Agreement between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and the City of Clearwater to lease for use as a public park certain real property in Bloch 3..
