7248-04 ORDINANCE NO. 7248-04 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF LAWSON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 330 FEET WEST OF U.S. 19, AND 1200 FEET NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 10 AND A PORTION OF LOT 11, BLACKBURNS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 24698 U.S. 19 NORTH, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER AS MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR) AND BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF LAWSON ROAD AND THE NORTH SIDE OF SUNSET POINT ROAD AND APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET WEST OF U.S. 19, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 6, 11, AND 12, BLACKBURNS SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2520 SUNSET POINT ROAD, FROM COMMERCIAL (C) AND MOBILE HOME PARK (MHP) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL.
