AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SOUTH FORT HARRISON AVENUE AND
JEFFORDS STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 7 AND THE
NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 6, LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK
6, LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK 6, AND THE SOUTH 77 FEET
OF LOT 8, BLOCK 6, MILTON PARK SUBDIVISION WHOSE
POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1219 SOUTH FORT HARRISON
AVENUE, 508, AND 512 GRAND CENTRAL STREET, AND 509
JEFFORDS STREET, FROM INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH
TECHNOLOGY TO COMMERCIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and
the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City In
accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the
approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 7224-04 by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate,
of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant to ~163.3189, Florida Statutes.
