7208-03 ORDINANCE NO, 7208-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH HIGHLAND AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET NORTH OF BELLEAIR ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1515 SOUTH HIGHLAND AVENUE, FROM OFFICE (0) TO COMMERCIAL (C); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA Section 1.
