WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commission
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right-of-way,
although the same is to be used for such purposes for a portion of Greenwood
Avenue; and

1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear, as a portion of
Greenwood Avenue:
East 10 feet of Lots 18 and 19, Block D, Coachman Heights
Revised Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 20, page 26, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
2. The City Clerk shall record this Resolution in the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, A. D. 1974.
