AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
WINDWARD PASSAGE, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET NORTH
OF MEMORIAL CAUSEWAY AND 920 FEET WEST OF ISLAND
WAY, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 9 AND ALL OF
LOTS 10, 11, 12, AND 13, BLOCK D, UNIT 5, ISLAND ESTATES
OF CLEARWATER, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF
VACATED DORY PASSAGE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS
IS 202 WINDWARD PASSAGE, FROM COMMERCIAL (C) TO
HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (HDR); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and
the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in
accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the
approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 7088-03 by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate,
of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant to 9163.3189, Florida Statutes.
