7168-03 ORDINANCE NO. 7168-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE ALLEN AVENUE/MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD INTERSECTION, APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET SOUTH OF STATE ROAD 580, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 6 THROUGH 13, BLOCK 4, CONSISTING OF THREE PARCELS TOTALING 0.38 ACRES, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF THE 30.00-FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ALLEN AVENUE, ACKER'S SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG CHARLES AVENUE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3080 ALLEN AVENUE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS OFFICE (0); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
