AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE ALLEN AVENUE/MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD
INTERSECTION, APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET SOUTH OF
STATE ROAD 580, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 6
THROUGH 13, BLOCK 4, CONSISTING OF THREE PARCELS
TOTALING 0.38 ACRES, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF THE
30.00-FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ALLEN AVENUE,
ACKER'S SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE ABUTTING
RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG CHARLES AVENUE, WHOSE POST

ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS OFFICE
(0); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive
plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:
