Pursuant to Section 11Af.5 of the bode of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, and after public hearing thereon and written notice, the owner of the real property listed in Resolution No. 73-55 passed on May 7, 1973, described as: The East 40 feet of Lots 37 and 38, Bidwells Oakwood Addition to Clearwater, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 46 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, also known as 607 Eldridge Street, Clearwater, Florida. The record title holder to said property appears to'be Graham R. Neeld, 1510 Meadowbrook Avenue, Tampa, Florida, according to the Public Records and the current tax roll of Pinellas County, Florida; having failed to remove or demolish said building in accordance with said Resolution and the City of Clearwater, having now completed said work, does hereby assess and charge a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater, against said described real property for the necessary cost incurred as follows: Pinellas Title Company - O & E Report $ 25. 00 Clearwater Sun Advertisement of Notice of Public Hearing and Bids for Demolition 28, 28 Postage and Certified Mail Costs 3.42 Nall Lumber Co. - Plywood to Secure Vacant Building 329.39 City Building Maintenance Dept. - Labor to Secure Building 272.00 Sonny Glasbrenner - Demolition 1180.00 TOTAL COST $1838.09 Z.
