That the affected property owner or owners of said 7 ,i: property shall be given notice in t*riting of the adoption of the Resolution, together with a copy of the Resolution, and that on I An EI _ July 5. , 1073 at t : 3 a p'_ ? _ a public hearing r will be held at the City Hall Auditorium in Clearwater, Florida at which the affected property owner or owners will be given an opportunity to present to the City Commission his or their objections to said Resolution. 3. That at said public hearing the City Commission :hall r -o determine whether the affected properties should be cleared for . one or more of the above specified reasons or constitute one or more of the above specified hazards, giving due consideration to all evidence presented, and if said Commission so determines said Resolution shall be made effective by confirmation thereof. 4. Thereafter written demand shall be sent to the owner or owners of the affected properties, requiring him or them to clear said property in accordance vTith the confirmed Resolution, and if said demand is not complied with within fifteen (15) days U from the date of notice, said property 7411 be cleared by the City and the costs thereof will be assessed as and constitute a P lien against said property.
