7084-03 ORDINANCE NO. 7084-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 66TH STREET, APPROXIMATELY 2,800 FEET SOUTH OF CURLEW ROAD AND 700 FEET WEST OF NORTHRIDGE DRIVE, CONSISTING OF METES AND BOUNDS 33/03 IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 3311 66TH STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
