demolition of said building" and the costs of such work should now be
assessed as a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater against said property;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMDLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to Section llA-5 of the Code of Ordinances, City of
Clearwater. Florida, 1962, and after public hearing thereon and written
notice, the owner of the real property listed in Resolution No. 73-5 passed
on January IS, 1973) described as:
Lot 2 I, Block B, Springfield Subdivision) No.1.
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 56 of the Public Records of PinelJas
County, Florida, also known as 1034 N. Madison Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida.
The record title holder to said property appears to be
Ruby Reddick. Windy Way Farm) Saucan Valley Road,
Bethlem, Pennsylvania. according to the Public Records
and the current tax roll of Pinellas County, Florida;
having failed to remove or demolish said building in accordance with said
Resolution, and the City of Clearwater, having now completed said work,
does hereby assess and charge a lien on behalf of the City of Clearwater,
against said described real property for the necessary cost incurred as
follows:

2. As soon as practicable a certificate of indebtedness against
the described real property for the amount of the assessment shall be
prepared, which certificate shall constitute and be a prior lien to all other
liens except the lien for taxes. Said certificate, when issued, shall be payable
to bearer in not exceeding ten (10) equal annual instalhnents with interest at
