RESOLUTION
No. 7Z ~ 147
WHEREAS, it has been requested by Field Construction Associates,
Inc., the owner oC certain real property in Bayaide Shores Subdivision in the
City oC Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate
a certain five Coot utility easement; and
"
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
-- City Commission finds that said utility easmenet is not necessary nor required
and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage or the City and the
general public that the same be vacated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGU LARL Y ASSEMBLED. AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
A live Coot (5') utility easement along the rear of Lots
1 through 25, inclusive, Block B, Bayside Shores
Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 58, pages 12. and 13, oC the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, lirms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
z. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution he furnished to Field
Construction Associates, Inc., 850 Bayway Boulevard, Clearwater Beach,
FlOrida 33515.
