AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
HAMPTON ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 280 FEET NORTH OF
GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD AND 100 FEET EAST OF
HAMPTON ROAD, CONSISTING OF METES AND BOUNDS
13/04 AND A PORTION OF 13/044 IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP
29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS
IS 107 HAMPTON ROAD, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, AS OFFICE (0); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as
indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended
as follows:
