7032-02 ORDINANCE NO. 7032-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TURNER STREET, APPROXIMATELY 270 FEET WEST OF MISSOURI AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 15 AND THE EAST 35.7 FEET OF LOT 16, TURNER STREET GROVES, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1161 - 1165 TURNER STREET, FROM HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (HDR) TO COMMERCIAL (C); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property Lot 15 and the East 35.7 feet of Lot 16, Turner Street Groves, Plat Book 15, Page 91, Public Records Pinellas County, Florida (LUZ 2002-07007) Zoninq District From: High Density Residential (HDR) To: Commercial (C) Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 7031-02 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate, of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant to S163.3189, Florida Statutes.
