1. That the City of Clearwater gratefully acknowledges the many
hours of work by the Department of Transportation of the State of Florida,
its engineers, agents and employees. This friendly atmosphere created by
the Department of Transportation between it and the City of Clearwater is hereby
brought to the attention of the Governor of the Great State, of Florida, the Secretary
of the Department of Transportation, its District Engineer and alI others who
aid and assist in the fine work that this Department is doing.
2. That certified copies of this Resolution be sent to the Honorable
Reubin O'Dr Askew, Governor of the Great State of Florida; Edward A. Mueller,
Secretary of the Department of Transportation; C. W. Monts De Oca, District
Engineer, and Hruce Downs, District
