ORDINANCE NO. 7006-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED 750 FEET SOUTH OF CLEVELAND STREET AND 300 FEET EAST OF MISSOURI AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 5, BLOCK J, HIBISCUS GARDEN, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1214 FRANKLIN CIRCLE, FROM OFFICE (0) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property Lot 5, Block J, Hibiscus Gardens, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14 Pages 55- 59 inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Flordida (REZ 2002-05002) ZoninQ District From: Office (0) To: Medium Density Residential (MDR) Section 2. The City Engineer is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
