2. Further, that tho City Commission Boos hereby agree and concur
~° with and in t1~e finding and determination of the Building Official of tho City at
Clearwater concerning said real property and the building thereon and the
occupant, if any, and/or the ownoa,", Carlton Williamson, Inc. , or both,
are ordered within thirty (30) days after thQ passage and adoption of this
said Resolution to repair, alter or irnprovc said premises and the building
thereon or remove or demolish said building in accazdance with the determination
of the Building Official so as to properly comply with Chapter 11A of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 19b2, relating to minimum
housing standards, and the Southern Standard Housing Code.
3, That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be immediately
furnished lay certified mail, return receipt requested, to the occupant,
if any, at the street address of the property, and to the owner of the property
addressed as indicated on the current tax roll of Pinellas County, Florida.
4. Further, that if said occupant and/or owner fail to properly comply
with this said Resolution within the said thirty (3A} days period, the City
Commission shall cause the removal or demolition of said building and
shall charge upon those benefitted and the property such special assessment
of the necessary costs incurred as determined by the City Commission
and shall provide that such assessment be a lien upon the real estate unproved.
