6953-02 ORDINANCE NO. 6953-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF OLD COACHMAN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET NORTH OF GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD AND 520 FEET WEST OF U.S. HIGHWAY 19 NORTH, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 101 SOUTH OLD COACHMAN ROAD, FROM OFFICE (0) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
