WHEREAS. it has been requested by the owner of certain real property
in Amblesidc Subdivision, First Addition, in the City of Clearwater, Florida,
that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a Certain utility easement
hereinafter described; and
W13EREAS~ said casement is not necessary nor required and it is
