WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has found it neceeeary to
install and maintain under the tracks and property of the Seaboard Coast
Line Raflraad Company for the purpose of conducting natural gas, aline of
4-inch black steel pipe near Belleair, Florida, in Ponce de Leon Boulevard,
at a point 1, l17 Sect northwardly from Milepost SY-877; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has prepared an agreement to that effect for
formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the: proper municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said

City formally approving said agreement and authorizing the proper Gity
officials to execute same;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSIDN DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor-Commissioner, together with the other appropriate
municipal officers of the City of Clearwater, axe hereby authorized and
empowered to execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line
Railroad Company, bearing date of December 30, 1970, in connection with the
installation and maintenance of a line of 4-inch black steel pipe far the purpose
of conducting natural gas near Belleair, Florida, in Ponce de Leon Boulevard,
at a point 1, 117 feet northwardly from Milepost SY-87?, under the tracks and
property of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company.
