That the City of Clearwater, Florida, hereby officially requests the U.S. Corps of Engineers to initiate such action as it deems necessary to restore the Dunedin Pass Channel to a navigable condition. Further the City of Clearwater requests that the Carps of Engineers be responsible for future maintenance of this Channel, because of its utility effect an the marine industry and commercial boating factions serving the area. 3.
