Killeffer has for many years rendered outstanding service to the City by his unselfish contribution at time and energy to the development of this City and particularly our Library System; and WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has reason to feel a very real and deep sense of loss in his death because of his contributions to the civic and cultural development of this community; and WHEREAS, it ie desired to gratefully acknowledge his many years of outstanding public service to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1, That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, personally and on behalf of the citizens of the City. regretfully recognizes the gassing of David H. Killeffer and gratefully acknowledges his devoted service to the City. 2r That a duplicate original of this Resolution be delivered to the family o£ David H. Killeffer.
