4th Street Narth, Safety Harbor, Flarida, and Evelyn
Jackson, 910 Pennsylvania Avenue, Clearwater, Florida,
according to the Public Records and the current tax roll
of Pinellas County, Flarida; and
WHEREAS, based upon said inspection, the Building Official determined
that said property and the premises were unsafe, unsanitary. unfit for human
habitation and did not properly comply with the requirements of Chapter 1 iA
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 19b2, relating
to minimum hors ing standards and the Southern Standard Housing Code, care
of premises, in that there were openly stored on said premises an abandoned
vehicle, auto parts, building material, plumbing parts, store equipment,
xefrigerators, oil drums, cans, fruit crates, unused household furniture,

WHEREAS, on or about April 28, 1969, Mr. Samuel St. Clair filed
an appeal to the Hauling Board of Adjustments and Appeals and on April 30,
1969, written notice was maiied to Evelyn Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Samuel
5t. Clair that their appeal would be heard on May 13, 1969; and
WHEREAS, on May 13, 1969, the Housing Board of Adjustments and
Appeals met to consider said appeal and because Mr. Samuel St. Clair was
unable to attend said meeting, the case was continued until May 27, 1969; and
WHEREAS, on May 27, 1969, the Housing Board of Adjustments and
Appeals again met to consider said appeal and denied the same and upheld
the findings of the Building Official and ordered final compliance by June
z7, 1969, and
