COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY APdD REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
I. That L'he suns of $22, ~ 19.75 be paid from the Construction Trust
Fund by the First National Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 20,
1967, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale
of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 19b7[
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith
to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of
the City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing aurn directly to
the said Housing Ec Urban Develaprnent Agency forthwith in compliance with
Section 3 (B~ and othery'rovisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
