ORDINANCE NO. 6849-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE STREET, APPROXIMATELY 610 FEET NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF THE SOUTHERLY 71 FEET OF LOT 10, E.A. MARSHALL SUBDIVISION, LESS THE WESTERLY 240 FEET THEREOF, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1312 STATE STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The Southerly 71.00 feet of Lot 10, E.A. Marshall Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less the Westerly 240.00 feet thereof. (ANX 01-07-13) ZoninQ District Medium Density Residential (MDR) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6847-01.
