That the sum of $3, 851.73 be paid from the Constructian Trust Fund by the First Natianai Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Constxuction Trust Fund Agreement dated November 20, 19b7, which Constructian Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1967. 2. That a cextified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said Txustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the dixection of the City of Glearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B) and othex previsions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
