WHEREAS, pursuant to the procedure established in Ordinance
No. 1111 of the City of Clearwater relating to minimum housing standards,
and the Southern Standard Housing Code, the Building Official of the City
of Clearwater has caused to be inspected the following described real property

WHEREAS, based upon said inspection, the Building Official determined
that said property and the buildings thereon were unsafe, unsanitary, unfit for
human habitation and did not pxaperly comply with the requirements of
Ordinance No. 1111 of the City of Clearwater relating to minimum housing
standards and the Southern Standard Housing Code; and
WHEREAS, on or about August 28, 1968, written notice was furnished
to the Trust Department of the City National Bank by hand delivery, setting
forth said deficiencies and violations and advising them that they had sixty
(60) days from the date thereof to properly comply and correct said
deficiencies and violations; and
WHEREAS, on October 9, 1968, said Trust Department was further
notified by letter that the final compliance date in connection with said property
was October 2$, 1968; and
WHEREAS, on November ~4, i968, the said Trust Department xequested
an extension of the compliance date and said request was granted until
November 28, 1968; and

2. Further, that the City Commission does hereby agraa and concur
with and in the finding and determination of the Building Official of the City of
Clearwater concerning said real property and the buildings thereon and the
occupant, if any, and/or the owner, the City National Bank of Clearwater
as Administrator of the Eatata of Pcrry C. We11s, deceased, or both, axe
ordered within thirty (30) days after the passage and adoption of this said
Resolution to repair, alter or improve said premises and the buildings
thereon or xamove or demolish said buildings in accordance with the
determination of the Building Official so ae to properly comply with
Ordinance No. 1111 of the City of Clearwater relating to minimum housing
standards and the Southern Standard Housing Code.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be immediately
furnished by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the occupant,
if any, at the street address of the property, and to the owner of the
pxaperty addressed as indicated on the currant tax roll of Pinellas
County, Florida.
4. Further that if said occupant and/ox owner fail to properly comply
with this said Resolution within the said thirty (30) day period, the City
Commission shall cause the removal or demolition of said buildings and
shall charge upon those benefitted and the property such spacial assessment
of the necessary costs incurred as determined by the City Commission
and shall provide that such assessment be a lion u on ha real estate improved.
