;~ COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,

3a~ FOLLOWS:
I, That the sum of $175. 14 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund b3* the First National Bank
of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust
Fund Agreement dated November Zd, 1467, which Construction Trust Fund is
derived from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of
1967.
z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which said certified copy shail constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the
said City of Clearwater forthwith in compliance with Section 3 {B3 and other
provisions of said Construction Trust Fund A
