ORDINANCE NO. 6731-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
K STREET, APPROXIMATELY 620 FEET EAST OF MCMULLEN
BOOTH ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOTS 23 AND 24, CRYSTAL
HEIGHTS UNIT 1, INCLUDING ABUTTING K STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 108 K STREET,
UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS
LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive
plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:
Property
Lots 23 and 24, Crystal Heights Unit 1, according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 64,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together
with the right of way of K Street abutting Lots 23 through
26 of said Crystal Heights Unit 1. (ENCL-ANX 01-12-12)
Zonina District
Low Medium Density Residential
(LMDR)
Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon
and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6729-01.
