Consulting Engineers, have heretofore been retained by the City of Cleaxwatcr to perform services as covered by the statement tlscrefor hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, said services, as so described, have been performed and there is due and payable said consulting engineers from the City of Clearwater the surn of $5, 168.46, according to the statement of said consulting engineers dated June 10, 19b8, copy of which is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE CITY [~OMNfI55ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, W SE55ION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS: 1, That the surn of $5, 168.46 be paid from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank of Cleaxwater, Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated Novembex 20, 1967, which Constxuction Trust Fund is derived from proceeds of the Bale of Utility Revenue Cextificates, 5exies of 1967. 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to said Trustee, which said certified copy shall constitute the direction of the City of Cleaxwater to said Trustee to pay the foregoing sum directly to the said consulting engineers forthwith in compliance with Section 3 (B} and other provisions of said Construction Trust Fund Agreement.
