ORDINANCE NO. 6743-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 210 FEET WEST OF BELCHER ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 8, MOSELL ACRES SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2175 NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The Westerly 100 feet of the Northerly 170 feet of Lot 8 of Mosell Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (ENCL-ANX 01-12-16) Zonina District Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
