WHEREAS, on or about February 20, 1968, written notice was
furnished to the owner by certified mail, return receipt requested, setting
forth said deficiencies and violations and advising him that he had s9acty
(b0) days from the date thereof to properly comply and correct said
deficiencies and violations; and
WHEREAS, on March 20, 19b8, the owner was fuxther notified by
letter that the final compliance date in coratection with said property was

(30} days after the passage and adoption of this said Resolution to repair,
alter, or improve said premised and the building thereon or remove or
demolish said building in accordance with the determination of the Building
Official so as to properly comply with Ordinance No. 1111 of the City of
Clearwater relating to minimum housing standards and the Southern Standard
Housing Code.
.. 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be immediately
furnished by certified mail, return zeceipt requepted, to the occupant,
if any, at the street address of the property, and to the owner ~of the
property addressed as indicated on the current tax roll of Pinellas
County, Florida.
~4. Further that if said occupant and/or owner fail. to properly comply
wi#h this said Resolution within the said thirty (30} day period, thv City
Commission shall cause the removal or demolition of said building and
shall charge upon thane benefitted and the property such special assessment
of the necessary costs incurred as determined by the City Commission
and shall provide that such assessment be a lien upon the real estate improved.
