WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of
the City of Clearwater, Florida„ that Cor the purpose of promoting
the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and
residents of the City of Clearwater, that she hereinafter
described lots, parcels or tracts of land within the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, 4'inellas County, Floridan should
be cleared of weeds, rubbish and debris;

1. That for the purpose of promoting the health, safety
and general welfare of the citizens and residents of the City of
Clearwater, and in accordance with Section 126 of the Charter of
the City of Clearwater, that the following described lots, parcels
or tracts of land within the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater should be cleared of weeds rubbish, debris, including
debris resulting from fires or storms, or the demolition of
buildings or other structures or otherwise, and any noxious
material of any kind which tend to be a breeding place or haven
for snakes and vermin of all kinds and character, or which tend
to create a fire hazard endangering the lives and property of
the citizens of Clearwater, or which tend to create a traffic
hazard:

2. That the affected property owner or owners of said
property shall be given natiae in writing; of the adoption of the
Resolution, together with a copy of the Resolutian, and that on
,~ .rune _'~' - -- -_- -~ 1~~ at -_ 7.:,~~o p~r~-- a public hearing
will be held at the City Ha 11 Auditorium in Clearwater, Flopida,
at which the affected property owner or Owners will. be given an
opportunity to present to the City Commission hi.s ar their
objections to said Resolution.
3, That at said public hearing the City Commission shall
determine whether 'the affected properties should be cleared .for
one or more of the above specified reasans ur constitute one or
more of the above specified hazards, giving due consideration to
all evidence presented, and if said Commission so determines
said Resolution shall be made effective by confirmation thereof.
4. Thereafter written demand shall be Sent to the owner
or owners of the affected properties, renuiring him or them to
clear said property in accordance with the confirmed Resolution,
and i.P said demand is not complied with within fifteen (15) days
from the date of notice, sa~.d property will be cleared by the
City and the costs thereof will be assessed as and constitute a
lien against said property.
