ORDINANCE NO. 6752-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
SOUTH BELCHER ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 270 FEET NORTH
OF DRUID ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION
18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, M&B 32.08,
WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 693 SOUTH BELCHER
ROAD, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
AS MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MDR); PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive
plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:

Medium Density Residential (MDR)
Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon
and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6750-01.

EXHIBIT "A"
The east 70 feet of the following described tract: Begin at the northwest corner of the
northwest % of the southwest % of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East,
Pinellas County, Florida and run thence S 0009'35" E. 905.77 feet to the Point of
Beginning. From this Point of Beginning continue S 0009'35" E. 229.77 feet; thence S
89055'05" E. 400 feet; thence N 0009'35" W. 229.77 feet; thence N 89055'05" W. 400 feet
to the Point of Beginning less the West 36 feet thereof for road purposes.
