ORDINANCE NO. 6761-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CALUMET STREET, APPROXIMATELY 980 FEET EAST OF HERCULES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF THE SOUTH 235 FEET OF THE EAST 152.0 FEET OF THE WEST 465.88 FEET OF LOT 9, CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2060 CALUMET STREET, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS INDUSTRIAL, RESEARCH, AND TECHNOLOGY (IRT); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The South 235 feet of the East 152.0 feet of the West 465.88 feet of Lot 9, Clearwater Industrial Park, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (ENCL-ANX 01-12-22) Zonino District Industrial, Research, and Technology (IRT) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6759-01.
