ORDINANCE NO. 6778-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BERTLAND WAY, APPROXIMATELY 780 FEET NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOTS 26,27,28, AND 29, FLORADEL SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1273, 1277, 1281, AND 1285 BERTLAND WAY, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR); ffiOVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the Ciy is amended, as follows: Property Lots 26,27,28, and 29, Floradel Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (ANX 00-12-21) Zonino District Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 6776-01.
