1. That the City Commission of the Gity of Clearwater hereby
officially designates and authorizes MERRETT R. STIERHEIM to execute
any checks requiring the signature of the City Manager for all City of
Clearwater accounts maintained in the First National Bank of Dunedin,
Florida.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded foxthwith
to said First National Bank of Dunedin, Florida, and said copy shall be the
official authoxization of the City of Clearwater to said Bank to accept the sig-
nature of Merrett R, 5tierheim as City Manager immediately.
