AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
PINELLAS STREET, APPROXIMATELY 182 FEET EAST OF
SOUTH MYRTLE AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 13 AND
SOUTH ONE-HALF OF VACATED ALLEY ADJOINING ON THE
NORTH, BLOCK 10, MILTON PARK SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION
21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 812 PINELLAS STREET, FROM LOW
MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR) TO OFFICE (0);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is
found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive
Plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and
the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows:

Lot 13 and South ~ of vacated alley adjoining on the
North, Block 10, Milton Park Subdivision, according to
The plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 69,

Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the
approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 6787-01 by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate,
of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant to 9163.3189, Florida Statutes
