WHEREAS, after public hearing on the 17th day of October, 1966,
the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Flurlda, determined that
the construction of paving, curbs, drainage and sanitary newer repIaccrnent
in Kings Highway from Palmetto Street North to Overlea Street; and
WHEREAS, said improvements were completed and Resolution
No. b7-27 was passed by the City Commission an March 20, 14b7,
describing the properties facing and abutting and in the vicinity of the irrx-
pravements which were deemed to have been benefited and setting Earth Lhe
proportionate costs thereof to be assessed against the described properties;

WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Commission
that the amount of $638. 14 assessed against the property of Philip E.
DiPaolo was in error and should be officially corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMML55ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
