AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF OLD COACHMAN ROAD AND CAMPBELL ROAD,
APPROXIMATELY 170 FEET NORTH OF WETHERINGTON
ROAD, CONSISTING OF M & B'S 34/01 AND 34/011 IN SECTION
6, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, WHOSE POST
OFFICE ADDRESS IS 2301 CAMPBELL ROAD, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance
is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive
plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is
amended, as follows:

Section 2, The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon
and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No, 6648-01,

Commence at the NW corner of Lot 36, COACHMAN LAKES ESTATES, as
recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 26 through 29, Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, said point being on the South
right-of-way line curve of Campbell Road as shown on said plat,
said curve being concave southerly, having a radius of 503.17
feet: thence along the arc of said right-of-way line curve, a
chord bearing and distance of N 88037'49" W, 23.84 feet to the
point of curvature of said curve: thence N 89059'16H W, along said
South right-of-way line, 474.37 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence continue N 89059'16" W, along said South right-of-way line,
286.46 feet to the point of curvature of a right-of-way curve
that is concave southeasterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence along the arc of said right-of-way line curve; a chord
bearing and distance of S 45004127" W, 35.32 feet to the point
