ORDINANCE NO. 6656-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BERTLAND WAY, APPROXIMATELY 780 FEET NORTH OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOTS 31 AND 32, FLORADEL SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH ADJOINING RIGHT OF WAY OF BETTY LANE, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1295 BERTLAND WAY AND 1950 BETTY LANE, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LMDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1, The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Lots 31 and 32, Floradel Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with adjoining right of way of Betty Lane, (ANX 00-12-21) Zonina District Low Medium Density Residential (LMDR) Section 2, The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
