` IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
<_• FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater consents to the adoption and confirms
the resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners offering the
construction of improvements to Browning Street, between Betty Lane and
a point about 950 feet East of the City of Clearwater municipal limits.
2. That the City of Clearwater further consents tv the improvement
of Browning Street in front of Lots 66, b7 and 68 of Reglat of Ardmore Place,
as recorded in Plat Book 25, gage 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
p'larida, which said lots are situated in Pinellas County, but Browning Street
is within the City limits of the City of Clearwater.
3, That the City of Clearwater further consents to the improvement
and assessment of abutting owner by the Berard of County Coxnmissionars for
Lots 77, 78 and 79 of Replat of Ardmore Place, as recorded in Plat Book ZS,
page 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, which said lots
are located within the City limits of the City of Clearwater,
4. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the $oard of County Commissioners of Pinellas County, p'lorida•
