ORDINANCE NO. 6613-00 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DRUID ROAD SOUTH AND JEFFORD STREET, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 30, BLUFF VIEW AND A PORTION OF LOT M, HARBOR OAKS, WHOSE POST OFFICE ADDRESS IS 1106 DRUID ROAD SOUTH, FROM OFFICE (0) AND INSTITUTIONAL (I) TO OFFICE (0) AND LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LDR); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the amendment to the zoning atlas of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended as follows: Property See attached Exhibit "A" (LUZ 00-08-10) Zonina District From: Office (0) & Institutional (I) To: Office (0) & Low Density Residential (LDR) Section 2. The Planning and Development Services Administrator is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use designation set forth in Ordinance 6612-00 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, and subject to a determination by the State of Florida, as appropriate, of compliance with the applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, pursuant to 9163.3189, Florida Statutes.
